Evangelia Ntoupa

Evangelia Ntoupa is a graduate of the Department of History and Archaeology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), where she was admitted on an IKY scholarship, and holds two Master’s degrees. She is currently pursuing a PhD at NKUA, focusing on the relationship between ancient myth and modern Greek and world literature and drama. She has worked in public secondary education since 2007 and, since 2020, has been teaching at the 1st Model General Lyceum of Athens – “Gennadeio”, where she coordinates the Rhetoric Club and supervises the teaching practicum of postgraduate students. She is a member of the Institute of Educational Policy’s Register of Textbook Evaluators and a teacher trainer in Ancient Greek within the SUB.8 programme. She regularly presents at academic conferences and seminars, with research interests spanning literature, myth, history, and their pedagogy, and is actively involved in organising educational programmes and academic conferences.
