Professor Stephen Millard

Stephen Millard is the Deputy Director for Macroeconomics at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR). He holds a PhD from Northwestern University and read economics at Trinity College, Cambridge. Prior to NIESR, he worked for 26 years at the Bank of England. He is a Visiting Professor at Durham University and Portsmouth University.
