Christos Lagkadianos, until today Vice President of Debate House, is concluding his active involvement with the organisation, opening a new chapter in his public career as Deputy Press Spokesperson of New Democracy.

Christos has been an invaluable colleague and companion on this journey. Through his time, energy and dedication, he made a decisive contribution to the growth of Debate House and to everything we have achieved so far. We thank him warmly for all that we have shared and built together.

Debate House was founded by Filippos Petropoulos and grew through a collective effort to which Christos contributed decisively. In recognition of his contribution to shaping and developing the organisation, we are awarding him the honorary title of "Co-Founder", as an expression of our appreciation and gratitude for all that we have built together.

Taking up his new duties marks a different step in his public career. His departure from the organisation upholds the clear separation between party representation and the work of Debate House, and safeguards the organisation's independence, its respect for every point of view, and its equal and fair treatment of all political and ideological traditions.

The position of Vice President will be taken up by Mr Meletis Flevarakis, whom we wish strength and every success in his new duties.

The mission of Debate House was, is and will remain to give everyone the opportunity to take an active part in politics and public dialogue, on the basis of political culture, evidence and mutual respect. In this spirit, we wish all those who choose to take on public responsibility success in achieving their goals for the benefit of society, regardless of the political party to which they belong.

Christos, we wish you, from the bottom of our hearts, good luck and every success in your new beginning. Having worked alongside you and knowing your dedication, we are confident that you will serve with responsibility and commitment to the interests of our country and the common good.
